Zero Tolerance for Child & Forced Labor

The sports equipment industry in South Asia has undertaken decades of rigorous reform to eradicate child labor in hand-stitched inflatables and equipment assembly. Sports Junction actively reinforces this standard. We enforce strict compliance policies prohibiting the use of child labor, bonded labor, or involuntary workplace practices among all onboarding suppliers.

Any manufacturer found to violate statutory labor laws or basic human rights conventions will face immediate account termination, catalog delisting, and referral to relevant regulatory bodies.

Fair Working Conditions & Worker Welfare

We advocate for fair wages, safe physical working environments, proper ventilation in composite and leather workshops, and adequate occupational health standards. We prioritize and highlight manufacturers holding independent social compliance credentials such as SEDEX (SMETA), BSCI, and SA8000.
