2. About Sports Junction
Sports Junction is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with sports equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and other businesses. The platform facilitates product discovery, enquiries, and direct communication between buyers and suppliers.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, and keep their contact information up to date. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for evaluating suppliers, confirming product specifications, quantities, quality requirements, delivery arrangements, and other commercial details directly with suppliers.
5. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must provide accurate company, product, pricing, availability, certification, and manufacturing information. Suppliers must have the necessary rights and authorization to list the products and materials they submit.
6. Product Listings and Information
Product listings, images, descriptions, prices, minimum order quantities, certifications, and availability are provided for business sourcing purposes. Users should verify relevant details directly before making business decisions.
7. Enquiries and Communication
Sports Junction enables users to submit product enquiries, RFQs, OEM/customization requests, and contact messages. Users must communicate lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid spam, fraud, harassment, or misleading statements.
8. No On-Platform Payments or Escrow
Sports Junction is a connection and communication platform. It does not provide on-platform payment processing or escrow services. Buyers and suppliers independently discuss and arrange their commercial transactions.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, abuse the messaging system, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse platform data.
10. Intellectual Property
Users must respect applicable intellectual property rights. Platform branding, logos, software, and original content may not be used without appropriate authorization.
11. Suspension and Termination
Sports Junction may restrict or suspend accounts or listings for policy violations, inaccurate information, fraud, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
12. Platform Availability and Liability
The platform is provided subject to availability. Sports Junction does not guarantee the accuracy of every third-party listing, supplier performance, product quality, delivery, or commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Sports Junction may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Official Contact
